Retaining fee - £500 Payable on instruction prior to the commencement of the search. Retaining fees are fully deductible from the final success fee.

Success fee - The success fee is 1% of the final purchase price or 15% of total amount saved from the asking price after negotiations on your behalf, whichever is greater (minimum fee £2000)
Payable - Upon completion

Rental
Retaining fee - £300 Payable upon instruction prior to the commencement of the search

Retaining fees are fully deductible from the final success fee
Success fee - One Months rent Payable - Upon signing rental agreement

We endeavour to achieve the lowest purchase price and experience has shown that our fees can usually be met from the negotiated final purchase price
